Meeting/Party/Dinner/Reception: TBD (estimate 5 hours) TBD "set-up" (no charge for one hour in advance)
1st floor and patio at $75 per hour up to midnight ($100 per hour after midnight).
2nd floor and party deck* at $75 per hour up to midnight ($100 per hour after midnight) * if KC Crossroads concert night $50 per hour surcharge for party desk use
Minimum of 5 hours Limit of up to 70 guests.
Use of Hi-Def projector should you wish to show pictures, etc on wall (no fee) Use of music system (iPod, CD, FM, etc.) (no fee) Allow you to bring in your own caterer ($100 set up fee) Allow you to bring in rental tables, chairs ($75 set up fee) Use of commercial kitchen $100 flat fee (stove/refrigerator/sinks) Drinks/alcohol purchased/served through one3studios fixed hourly price or by the drink
Credit card only: Visa/MC You are responsible for: Set-up; Cleanup at the end of the party; Damage Maintaining front door locked/restricted access (assume you are hiring security). No under-age alcohol consumption/no removal of alcohol from premise No smoking indoors or on patio (must go out front to smoke) Cigars purchased through 419e18th permitted on lower patio only
Deposit: $250 to reserve date and held as damage deposit. Refunded day after event or non-refundable if minimal fee is not remitted when due or cancelled. Minimum rental due (five hours) 72 hours before event. Charged to credit card. Balance of charges, if any, applied to card day after event.
